Need some cooling down? Or perhaps you are looking for a tasty dessert to serve your guests at your dinner party? Try making your own ice cream! It’s very easy to make if you have an ice cream maker, but it can be made without one as well.

Raspberry & Banana Ice Cream
  • 150g raspberries
  • 100-150gr bananas, sliced
  • 200ml milk
  • 100ml whipped cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  1. Puree the banana slices, raspberries, egg yolks, sugar, and lemon juice with a blender.
  2. Mix through the milk and cream.
  3. Put the mixture in an ice cream maker for 30 minutes. Don’t have an ice cream maker? Put the mixture in a plastic container and put it in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 15 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.

Tip: Top the ice cream with some white chocolate sprinkles. Yum!
